We’re your local gadget repair service company based in the south coast town of Poole, Dorset. We offer a fast, friendly and same-day service for Macintosh, PC and gaming console repairs, upgrades and servicing. If you’re facing any problem with your computer or gaming console, then don’t hesitate to call us!
If you have a mobile phone or tablet that is not working, we’ll also be able to restore that device to proper working condition. It may take slightly longer than the normal turnaround for computers and gaming consoles due to the large number of different mobile phones and tablets available on the market. We will always endeavour to get your gadget back to you as soon as possible.

Here at PCS, we know just how important your equipment is to you – so we will endeavour to get the device back to you in the shortest time possible. We stock a massive range of computer and console parts, so we rarely need to order the parts to get your system up and running again – we’ll get it back to you quickly!
Our on road parking means a hassle-free drop-and-go experience for you every time. If you leave us your mobile number, we will send you a message when your item is ready to be collected and, of course, how much it’s going to cost.

Your place or ours?
We can come to you to collect, or for a faster turnaround you can drop your device off to us.
Local doorstep collection is from £30 plus our usual rates. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are unable to enter your home and can only collect your device handed to us on the doorstep.
We aim to turn around most jobs within 24 hours and if a part is required that is not in stock we aim to fit the part the day it is received by us.
Our standard labour rate is £50 per hour, we work on a first in first out queue system.
If your repair is urgent, we do offer a Priority jump queue service for an extra £20 per job.
